Universal Studios Home Video have announced the US Blu-ray Disc release of
The Mummy and
The Mummy Returns on 22nd July 2008. The first two films in this franchise headed by director Stephen Sommers make their way to Blu-ray complete with exclusive U-Control features.
Both titles use dual-layer discs with the main features presented in 1080P Widescreen with English DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 and English SDH, French and Spanish subtitles. New behind-the-scenes Picture-in-Picture tracks are included for both films. Extras carried over from the DVD releases include…
