Вот именно, надо установить соответствующие правила и указать в FAQ.
Но, как видно, до сих пор не писано "идеальных" правил для занесения в FAQ.
Ну так давай напишем?
Вот (для завязки разговора) правила барахолки того форума, про который я говорил ранее:
Marketplace RULES - Please Read!
Posting Rules
1) Make sure all topics start with a [BUY] [SELL] or [SWAP] tag.
2) Give a good description, including the item condition and if possible include photos.
3) You must provide a price and include P&P costs.
4) All deals must state a price or if you are accepting best offers close to that price. There must be a guide price though.
5) You must state if you are advertising your items elsewhere.
6) If you wish to modify an earlier offer that has not been acknowledged - either to increase or reduce it - post again. Do not edit an earlier post. Request that the original post be closed & linked to the new post.
7) All deals/offers must remain on the thread, please keep all offers on the board. All other details such as shipping etc can be negotiated by PM or e-mail.
8) When using this forum please be aware that any transaction made in the The Markteplace on our forum is done so at your own risk.
9) The first person to offer the asking price for an item should get the item.
10) Do not offer for sale 3rd party goods or goods not actually in your possession, this includes referral and affiliate links.
11) If you have requests for your item to be locked or deleted, or you have any issues, then please PM the moderator of The Marketplace. You can also contact the site administrator directly from the following page: ......................
12) Members must have 50 posts or more in order to sell their items in the Marketplace.
