Fox Home Entertainment has sent over the artwork for the new Robert Altman Collection which includes a single-disc release of Mash, A Perfect Couple, Quintet and A Wedding. Each film will be presented in anamorphic widescreen, along with English Stereo tracks. Extras on Mash will include a commentary with Robert Altman, an AMC Backstory Featurette, a Still Gallery and the Theatrical Trailer. The remaining three titles will each include a making of featurette and the theatrical trailer. You'll be able to own this new collection from the 25th April, priced at around $39.98.

Lions Gate Home Entertainment has announced a new ultimate edition of Basic Instinct which stars Michael Douglas and Sharon Stone. This packed set will include the previously released unrated cut in anamorphic widescreen, along with both English Dolby Digital 5.1 and 2.0 Surround tracks. Extras will include an audio commentary with Director Paul Verhoeven and Director of Photography Jan de Bont, A Conversation with Sharon Stone, a DVD Introduction by Sharon Stone, Screen Tests, a Blonde Poison: the Making of Basic Instinct featurette, and a Cleaning Up Basic Instinct Montage. Completing this new package will be Storyboard Comparisons, a new set of interactive menus, and trailers.

This Gore Verbinski directed film, will be available to own in seperate widescreen and full screen releases from the 21st February. Each will include an English Dolby Digital 5.1 track, along with a Relative Humidity: The Characters featurette, a Trade Winds: The Collaboration featurette, an Atmospheric Pressure: The Style and Palette featurette, an Extended Outlook: The Sсгiрt feature, and, lastly, the theatrical trailer.

The disc will include both anamorphic widescreen, and full screen transfers, along with an English Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround track. Extras will include a commentary by Director Chris Wedge & Co-Director Carlos Saldanha, six deleted scenes with director commentary, a seven-part making of Ice Age dосиmеntary, a three-part animation progression feature, a Size Comparison/Science Behind Ice Age Gallery, and a Build Your Own Design gallery. Momentum Pictures has announced the release of Lord of War for the 6th of March, priced at around £17.99. The two-disc set will feature an anamorphic widescreen (2.35:1) transfer, Dolby Digital 5.1 audio, a director’s commentary, a 'Making of' featurette, a featurette on real gun runners, deleted scenes, a weapons gallery, interviews and a director's photo gallery.

Warner Home Video has announced the George Clooney directed Good Night and Good Luck which stars Patricia Clarkson, Jeff Daniels, David Strathairn, Frank Langella, George himself, and Robert Downey, Jr. The film takes place during the early days of broadcast journalism in 1950's America, and chronicles the real-life conflict between television newsman Edward R. Murrow and Senator Joseph McCarthy and the House Un-American Activities Committe. The disc will be available to own from the 14th March, and should retail at around $28.98. As well as an anamorphic widescreen transfer, and English Dolby Digital 5.1 track, the disc will include an audio commentary with George Clooney and Grant Heslov, additional scenes, and the theatrical trailer.

А вот все эти супер дупер ултимат едишины надоели, Basic Instinct я взял еще в той дурацкой голубой пластиковой коробочке с ручкой в виде дробилки для льда, там все те же екстра.

У "Basic Instinct" вообще есть отличное европейское издание от Kinowelt. Там, помимо всего остального, есть еще и английский звук в DTS.

В разных странах Европы есть разные выпуски одного и того же диска, но мне больше всего нравится немецкое лимитированное издание:



Там еще включен оригинальный саундтрек Джерри Голдсмита. На немецком Амазоне стоит только 13,90 евро.
